LakeVibe (“LakeVibe,” “we,” “us”) is operated by ITABWODI LLC. This policy explains what information we collect when you use lakevibe.app(the “Service”), how we use it, and your choices. Questions: help@getlakevibe.com.

Information we collect

• Information you provide. Your email when you join our list (“Get the Lake Report”) or express merch interest, and the name, email, phone, and message you submit when you request quotes from local pros.
• Usage data. Pages viewed, approximate location, device and browser type, and referring links, collected through privacy-respecting analytics.
• Cookies & tracking. We and our affiliate partners use cookies to remember preferences and to attribute referrals when you click an outbound partner link (see Affiliate links below).

How we use information

• Operate and improve the Service and its lake data.
• Send the Lake Report and product updates if you opted in (unsubscribe anytime).
• Connect your quote requests with relevant local businesses you asked to hear from.
• Measure and attribute affiliate referrals.

Affiliate links & cookies

LakeVibe participates in affiliate programs (including CJ Affiliate, Booking.com, Amazon Associates, and others). When you click certain outbound links, the partner or its network may set a cookie to credit LakeVibe for a resulting booking or purchase. This never changes the price you pay. How we share information

• Local pros you explicitly request quotes from.
• Service providers who run our infrastructure (hosting, database, email delivery, analytics).
• Affiliate networks/partners, via cookies, for referral attribution.

We do not sell your personal information.

Your choices & rights

You can unsubscribe from emails at any time and request access to, correction of, or deletion of your information by emailing help@getlakevibe.com. California residents (CCPA/CPRA) and residents of other states with privacy laws have rights to know, delete, and opt out of sale/sharing of personal information; we honor these requests. You can control cookies through your browser settings.

Data sources

Lake conditions are aggregated from public sources including the U.S. Geological Survey (USGS) and the Water Quality Portal. We never invent data; missing readings are shown as “—.”

Retention, security & children

We keep personal information only as long as needed for the purposes above and use reasonable safeguards to protect it. The Service is not directed to children under 13, and we do not knowingly collect their information.

Changes

We may update this policy; material changes will be reflected by the date above.
